Patient Representative Group
We are interested in involving a wide selection of our patients in the services that the Practice offers and so we would like to invite our patients to be part of an email group who we contact for their views of what the surgery offers.
We’d like this group to be a reflection of the diversity of the whole of the Practice’s patient population, with all ages, ethnic groups and sexes represented.
