Practice boundaries
The surgery serves the south-east part of Cambridge, bordered to the west by the railway line, Hills Road and Babraham Road, to the south by Worts Causeway, to the north by Coldham’s Lane, Barnwell Road and Newmarket Road, together with the villages of Fulbourn, Teversham and Great & Little Wilbraham.
An outer boundary has been agreed with the NHS England which enables patients who are currently registered and who move within this boundary to remain registered with the Practice where it is in the best interests of the patient to do so and the Practice is in agreement. This boundary expands the western boundary to the railway line, Long Road and Babraham Road.
