Cornford House Surgery & Fulbourn Health Centre have teamed up with other local GP surgeries to form the Cambridge City 4 Primary Care Network. Our goal is to provide additional services to our patients. This includes:
- Alzheimer’s/Dementia support
- In-house Physiotherapists
- Health & Wellbeing Coaches
- Care Coordinators and Social Prescribers
