There is a team of district nurses attached to the practice. They support housebound adults with nursing needs to maximise their health and maintain their independence. This includes advice and support in managing chronic diseases, end-of-life care, wound care and continence assessments.

Cornford House plays host to the Extended Access team on Saturdays and on Monday evenings. Though they cannot accept new booking requests, they are able to change or cancel appointments by calling them on the number below.
